Our story
The Finnish sauna is a sacred place — a space for calm, cleansing and connection. Every sauna-goer knows that the quality of the steam defines the experience. The idea for Löylynsielu was born when our founder set out to create a solution that directs water deeper into the stone bed, vaporizes it more efficiently, and delivers softer, richer and more humid steam — without structural changes or tools. A simple yet ingenious design allows it to be installed directly among the heater stones, in both electric and wood-burning heaters.
The design is rooted in practical experience, Finnish design thinking and sustainability. Löylynsielu is made from recycled aluminium, making it not only effective and safe but also an ecological choice. Höyrylöyly Oy’s mission is to elevate the sauna experience — to give everyone the chance to enjoy the sauna as it should be: deeply relaxing, balancing and, above all, pleasurable.
