Ordering Products are ordered via the webshop’s shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, specifying the price, shipping costs, and the ordered products.
Payment Methods Payments are processed by Klarna AB. You can pay using the most common online banks, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods.
Delivery Methods and Times We deliver products via Posti, Matkahuolto, Postnord, or UPS. The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days from the order confirmation.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before order confirmation. Orders over €100 are delivered free of charge.
Right of Return You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
