How to Use – Get Maximum Power

Add your sauna water to the ladle (over 38°C / 100°F – otherwise the crystals won’t dissolve).

Add 1–2 small menthol crystals – do NOT overdose, Yeti is fierce.

Let the crystals dissolve.

Throw the water onto the stones and feel the raw power of menthol.
